This was taken on my short trip to Kuala Terengganu. It is north and on the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia.
I used my compact digital Sony Cybershot for this. No editing done.. posted as is.
I fell in love with the architecture of the building. It is an airport and for them to portray Malaysia’s culture… splendid.
On the way out, I saw the stadium that caved in just before a major sports event back in 2008.
My ‘tour guide’ was kind enough to take us to one of the specialties.. ‘a must try’ he said… the restaurant was on the other side of the airport… we had to circle the airport by car to get there. Lovely experience and I was famished!!! (That was a figure of speech.. but I was hungry!)
The streets… taken from a moving car.
An Indian temple by the roadside, the floating mosque.. a beauty.
A 200 years old Chinese temple in China Town, Kuala Terengganu… and yeah! 1.30am mind you.. the clock tower at the water front.
… and this is where I want to visit come day time before leaving…
